That's why all of our tutors are also qualified teachers and every tutoring session is personalised to each child's unique strengths, needs and learning style.
Our tutors help build confidence, strengthen understanding and develop the habits that help children become independent learners. Whether a child is catching up, extending their learning or rebuilding confidence after a difficult experience at school, we meet them where they are and help them move forward. We know that every child learns differently. Our six pillars shape every aspect of the WCT approach, helping children build stronger skills, greater confidence and the self-belief to keep growing — both in the classroom and beyond.
Every Growth Cycle runs for eight weeks and includes a clear focus, personalised goals, targeted teaching, and regular check-ins. At the end of each cycle, we measure progress, celebrate achievements, and create the next Growth Cycle to build on success and accelerate ongoing growth.
